Reading is the sole means by which we slip, involuntarily, often helplessly, into another's skin, another's voice, another's soul. --Joyce Carol Oates

The Fill in the Gaps Project

I fudged my list a bit, even initially, making it a list of 100 authors instead of books. I listed the classics first, ones owned and left idle on the shelves, then added oh, say a fifth of all those other stockpiled books that I feel especially guilty for not having gotten around to yet. Soooo, 100 books to be read from this pool of 100+ authors by the project's end date April 12, 2014.

As of  3/27/2014:  86 books completed
